I'm thrilled to share my journey from being an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) to working in the Human Resources (HR) Department. I have always been passionate about Human Resources Development Management, and I'm grateful that the company recognized my skills and offered me this opportunity.

As your recruiter, it's my pleasure to introduce you to our sales coordinator. They will be instrumental in helping you navigate your desired city and assist you in becoming an ALT in Japan. Our goal is to find dedicated individuals who share a genuine passion for teaching and are eager to help students improve their English skills in a fun and exciting way.

With my background in HR and experience as an ALT, I will facilitate your transition into the role and provide training and support to help you better understand your responsibilities as an ALT. Teaching is a rewarding and fulfilling profession, and I'm committed to guiding you every step of the way.
